When you join an existing CASA12 community, you get access to a ready-made set-up where everything practical is already in place. The homes are carefully selected, furnished and ready to go – which means you can start your vacation adventure right away, with no start-up period or waiting time.

At the same time, you know exactly what you’re buying into. You’ll have access to extensive material about the homes – pictures, floor plans, videos and locations – so you can see and feel what your future vacation home will look like before you decide.

As life changes, needs change too. Some choose to sell their share because their children have grown up or because they want a different vacation pattern. Others go from shared ownership to home ownership and many simply choose to

move to another CASA12 community with new destinations or homes that better suit your family size. That’s why there are natural changes in our communities – and the opportunity to take over a share in an existing community.
