At CASA12, we offer our customers and future owners 3 types of home purchase, each with its own advantages for the individual:

Invest in Project Sales – a safe and attractive option

Buying a home through project sales gives you the chance to be involved from the very beginning. You get access to a property before it’s purchased, which means a significant financial benefit: a saving of 13.5%. The model is the same as when you buy into a project property or apartment in Denmark. The only difference is that we can’t promise you in advance exactly which mountain or city your home will end up in – but we ensure that the quality always meets our requirements and your expectations.

This gives you as an investor a positive equity of at least 15.5% already at move-in – typically within 12-18 months. In other words: your vacation investment starts working for you even before you move in.

Our guarantee to you
We know that peace of mind is crucial. That’s why CASA12 guarantees that all homes at least meet the specifications we have described here. You’ll also get full insight into the area in which the home is located, so you can make an informed decision.

If your expectations change
If, contrary to expectations, the home does not live up to your wishes, there is still a strong security in the investment. The home can easily be sold again and the profit? You can choose to reinvest it in another home that better suits your wishes and needs, or take the money back home.

With CASA12, you get both return and security – all the way through.

Buying a Finished Home

If you don’t want to be involved from the very beginning – and prefer to know the exact home, location and final details in advance – then buying a finished home is the obvious choice.

Here, the property is purchased at full price as soon as it is taken over and the Danish partnership is established. Of course, this option only applies as long as there are shares left.

Ultimately, it comes down to temperament:

– Do you want to get in early and achieve the greatest financial benefit?
– Do you want to wait until the home has a mood board and the location is known?
– Do you only want to invest in the home when it is completely finished and you can go on a trip and get a guided tour of the home?
– Another element is how long do you dare wait for the shares to be sold out?

Whatever you choose, with CASA12 you get a safe investment and a high-quality home.

Resale of homes

We have several types of resale, but what they all have in common is that you buy into an already established company and your ownership share is purchased from an owner other than Casa12. The home may already be in operation or on its way to this. The price of the home will be regulated according to the but will always reflect property prices in the area if you buy it through CASA12. CASA12 is responsible for this and you will never pay more than the official price. If you buy it directly from an owner, CASA12 cannot necessarily vouch for the price, as in this case the owner can decide this themselves.

At CASA12, we regularly see homes being put up for resale – and this typically happens within three clear categories:

Investment case
Several of our owners choose to buy two units in the project stage. When the home is completed, one unit is sold on and realizes a 15.5% gain – while the other is kept for the owner and their family’s own use.

New housing class
Family needs change throughout life. Some sell their home to upgrade to something bigger, while others in their senior years want a smaller, more manageable home.

New life project
Life evolves, and so do dreams and plans. If the home is not to be inherited by the children under Danish inheritance rules (advice available from CASA12), it is often put up for sale so the owners can free up the assets and start the next chapter of their holiday life.
