Our concept is tailor-made for those who want to own their own little piece of paradise in Italy without the hassle of finding, buying, registering, seeking approvals, renovating, decorating, maintaining and managing the property themselves.

One Family is for the family that wants to go on vacation – based on their own plans and/or with a desire to earn money by renting out the property. One Family is also for the company that wants to offer its employees a unique employee benefit where things just work and employees come home happy and with their batteries fully charged.

OWNERSHIP
One Family can be owned by companies, by you personally in a Danish company set up for the purpose or personally. We advise individually on the right ownership structure in relation to future wishes and plans, including whether the owner wants to move more permanently to Italy and use the property even more extensively.

FINANCIAL FRAMEWORK
The concept starts at 2 MDKK with no upper limit. The financial framework is agreed at one of our first meetings and is a natural part of the process when we together uncover your wishes and needs.

We customize our solution to meet your needs and preferences. After the annual review of the property, the property management model can also be customized according to the owner’s wishes for the upcoming period.
