About us
CASA12 was founded by Dennis Jørgensen who has been a business owner and entrepreneur for many years. Dennis was looking for a home in Italy for himself and his family, a home he could share with others so that the investment was affordable and someone took care of all the practicalities of having a home abroad.
Many of the players on the market offered a concept where you had to have 3 or more homes, and did not focus on Italy and Tuscany, which was Dennis’ main interest. He thought there was an unmet need, so he gathered a few old friends and asked them to help create CASA12. Since then, the team has expanded with new people and more skills.
