more shares in one of our projects. The project describes in detail the home you will co-own, as well as the price and monthly payment for the common costs of the ownership share. The exact description and housing is not yet known at this time.  <\/p>\n<p>You can also buy into a finished home after the project is complete. If you buy the share at this point, the home will typically be 15% more expensive than if you buy it at the project stage, but on the other hand, you can view the home before purchase and get it almost immediately. <\/p>\n<p>In a CASA12 association, you become co-owners of a vacation home in Italy. You share ownership with up to 11 other families, with whom you share all expenses and use of the property. CASA12 has no ownership interest in the properties or in the associations. The associations are all 100% independent.   <\/p>\n<p>From here, you will only have to enjoy your vacation home for many years to come, while your investment will most likely increase year by year, and enjoy having Denmark&#8217;s cheapest and best vacation spot. You share ownership with up to 11 other families, with whom you share all expenses and use of the property. CASA12 has no ownership interest in the properties or in the associations.
